WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We know life happens so we like to be as flexible as possible. That’s why you can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 48 hours before you’re due to visit. If you don’t turn up for your appointment you’ll be charged a £100 fee as we won’t have a chance to offer that appointment to someone else.

You can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 48 hours before you’re due to visit. Just give us a call and we’ll be able to help you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

​

Please bring a credit or debit card* to your appointment. We also accept cash payment.

 

*American Express cards will have an additional fee of £5 per transaction.
